I bought a dora the explorer plush backpack on ebay that didnt come with the map. my daughter was so happy that i got her the backpack, but she keeps asking where the map is. i have looked and looked and i cannot find a extra map!!! does anyone know where i can find one?

Dora Bryan recorded “All I Want For Christmas Is A Beatle” with an accompaniment directed by Johnny Gregory. Running to just under two and a half minutes, it was released on Fontana backed by “If I Were A Fairy.” The sheet music was published and copyrighted 1963 by Flamingo Music Limited of London, Sole Selling Agents Francis, Day & Hunter, price 2s6d. Words and music are credited to Gladys Benton. Dora Bryan’s photograph appears on the cover; she is holding a guitar and, apparently, wearing a Beatle wig.
In her 1987 autobiography According To dora, Miss Bryan said that during the run of the play Six Of One at London’s Adelphi Theatre, she was asked to record a Christmas song. She re-wrote some of it [probably the words] and recorded it the next day. It was played on the radio constantly; she appeared on Top Of The Pops, and, she said proudly, it was voted “the best bad record of 1963″.
Contemporary music press reports were just as flattering. In the December 14, 1963 issue of Melody Maker she said the idea came from Chris Parmenter of Fontana, her recording company. The following week she graced the front cover of the same paper. The Beatles liked the song too, and her play, which they saw while in London. “She’s fab. We thoroughly enjoyed the show!” said Paul McCartney. They even sent her a telegram and recorded part of the song in one of their Christmas fan club messages.!

Looking for contact paper/shelf liner to line the bottoms of four dresser drawers for the kids room. Would like dora the Explorer or any other kids themes.

Shop Ebay for all your needs. Not! what a wonderful idea. My 5 year old daughter loves Dora. I have seen some stuff at the Home Depot, I would also try typing in wall paper and see if you like the shops online (and there are 1000′s) that have kid stuff. Wall paper would work just as good, harder to work with I know, and clearance sections online, can save you big money in your wallet. Thanks for giving me some wonderful ideas, and good luck.

I have a dora the explorere made by gund that has been made in china. Is it one of the toys on the recall list because it has chemicals, lead, etc.

To the best of my knowledge (and I work in the industry), no gund Dora The Explorer products have been recalled. The only major recent recalls are on toys made by Mattel.

Culturally Speaking, Is "Dora the Explorer" indoctrinating our children to accept Mexicans and spanish people?

Are you english because you speak it? only because mexicans and latin americans speak spanish it does not make them spanish. I am from Spain, I am Spanish. dora looks nothing like us nor does she speak or represent us in any way. We are Europeans. you need to come up with your own kids show so us Europeans won’t see you as ignorant and uneducated.

I’m writing the paper about dora the Explorer and Tony The Tiger wrestling. I know this is a strange topic, but the teacher assigned it. Now, this is a big grade, and the paper has to be literally perfect. I am wondering if Dora the Explorer has any signs next to the name. Please help, and thank you in advance!

I bought my daughter a dora the explorer plug n play game for the tv and you have to buy the game keys for it but I cannot find them anywhere! I checked stores,ebay,amazon! Please if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!
